Vintage Lionel 027 2046W Tender postwar in Box. This is a great looking postwar Lionel whistle tender, have not tested but it’s in great condition I was told it did work, does have some glue on back panel, from old crack repair, it’s very stable, hard to see. comes in original box, box is very rough, no end flaps.
